Demo Classes

Our Cooking School provides Demonstration Classes, presented classroom style, where you watch the chef prepare a menu, providing step-by-step instructions and helpful hints for each dish. The class includes a welcome glass of Prosecco, a generous tasting of all the dishes prepared, a glass of wine and a recipe booklet to take home. ($80 per person plus tax and gratuity). All seats are assigned based on party size and in the order the reservation was received so we can accommodate everyone.

Hands-On Classes

Our Cooking School offers Hands-On Classes, giving you the opportunity to prepare three recipes from start to finish, working side by side with the chef. After the cooking has been completed, you will sit down for a family-style lunch with wine to enjoy the dishes you helped prepare.  ($120 per person plus tax and gratuity)

Private Classes

If you have a small group of friends, family or colleagues, our Cooking School can also accommodate a private hands-on class. You must have a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 12 to schedule a private hands-on class. Please call for availability and to select a menu. Classes will begin at 11:30am. ($120 per person plus tax and gratuity)

CANCELLATION POLICY

We require a credit card to hold your reservation and have a 24 hour cancellation policy. You must cancel at least 24 hours prior to the class or your credit card will be charged. We also reserve the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment. If a class is cancelled, students will be notified by phone at least 24 hours in advance.
